I am a Family Counselor specializing in pediatric sleep for children aged 0 to 6 years old.

I am Italian, but I completed my studies in the United States, and now I divide my time between Italy and Florida, working with families both online and in person.

My goal is to improve relationships within a family unit, enhance communication skills within a couple, and teach parents how to interact with their children, helping them manage every situation in the most effective way.

I believe in empathy and non-judgmental support, and I hope to convey my passion for my work as best as possible.

I am a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.

My training began with family therapist and sleep consultant Kim West (known as The Sleep Lady), who has helped countless exhausted families for over 20 years.

Her training to become a Gentle Sleep Coach involved a rigorous initial selection process which, if passed, led to months of study with professionals from various fields.

At the end of the training, there was also a final exam to obtain certification and an internship, conducted under the supervision of various instructors.

To maintain my certification as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and to stay updated on new research, I attend mandatory annual continuing education courses with final exams. These courses allow me to interact with different professionals and always follow a method that respects children, their development, and their growth.
