Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and bought at a distance, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights rules and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
How to withdraw
Click the button: a pre-filled email will open. Include your name, order number, date and product. We'll send you a confirmation of receipt by email.

When withdrawal does NOT apply
- Digital content (courses, guides) with immediate access: withdrawal does not apply if, at purchase, you gave express consent to start immediately and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
- Services/consultations already fully performed with your prior consent: withdrawal does not apply once the service is performed. If the consultation is still to take place, you can withdraw and get a refund.
- Custom-made goods or hygiene-sealed items once opened.
For physical products and services not yet performed, the 14-day right applies and, for goods, they must be returned.
Refunds
In case of valid withdrawal, we refund the amounts due without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
