I help you experience bedtime with calm.
Without ever asking you to leave them to cry. An approach that puts your child — and your relationship with them — at the center.
Discover the programWhat you've been told about sleep…
"If you pick them up you'll spoil them. Let them cry and they'll learn."
In the early years a child's brain needs to feel safe in order to develop the ability to self-regulate emotionally. Children who stop calling out after crying haven't really "learned to sleep": they've learned that calling out is pointless. Contact doesn't create dependence — it creates security.
"If you want to improve their sleep you have to stop breastfeeding."
One of the most common myths. If stopping breastfeeding is something you want, no problem; but if you don't want to, you absolutely don't have to. Sleep doesn't depend on breastfeeding.
"They're a baby, it's normal they don't sleep."
Sleep is a fundamental part of development. During deep sleep growth hormone is released, the brain consolidates the day's experiences, the nervous system regulates itself and the body supports its immune defenses.

A dedicated program for every age range.
Choose your little one's age: the content adapts to them and to you.
Babies 0–5 months
You'll learn to recognize tiredness signals, manage naps and days and create peaceful bedtimes — with no cry-based methods and without feeling judged. No targets you must hit at all costs: I'll help you understand realistic expectations and set healthy habits. We'll talk about sleep and safety, bed-sharing, sleeping in their own space or in contact, the link between sleep and feeding (breast and bottle)… and much more. With one month of support included.
Children 5 months–6 years
Whether you want to keep bed-sharing or move them into their own space, keep falling asleep at the breast or work toward a more independent bedtime… whatever your starting point, you'll find the tools to reach your ideal situation. You'll learn to manage the day and naps, recognize tiredness signals and the right timings, guide a more peaceful bedtime and work on night wakings. We'll also tackle the feed-to-sleep association. With one month of support included.
I won't promise you magic. But I can tell you one thing: change really does come.
This approach comes from years of work with many families. Different families, but with one thing in common: the desire to improve sleep without forcing and without letting them cry. Change really does come, when the child is guided with respect, gradualness and presence.
My goal isn't to tell you what to do with your child, but to help you understand what's right for you. Without leaving them to cry. Without forcing. Because improving sleep matters — but doing it with respect for the child, and for your relationship with them, matters even more.
It's for you if:
- ✅You have a child aged 0 to 6 and want to improve their sleep or change some habits
- ✅You don't want to consider cry-based methods
- ✅You want to truly understand your child, not just "fix" the problem
- ✅Their needs matter to you: you're not interested in "doing it fast", but in "doing it with respect"
- ✅You're looking for practical guidance but also emotional support along the way
It's not for you if:
- ❌You're looking for guaranteed results in a few days
- ❌You're open to controlled-crying methods (you won't find them here)
- ❌You want a rigid method, the same for everyone, that ignores your needs and your child's
- ❌You think just buying it will solve everything like a magic wand
Ongoing updates.
You'll find the answers you're looking for… really. Because if you don't, I'll add them! If you need deep dives on specific sleep topics, just write to me and I'll add them. The goal isn't to sell a course: it's to create a space that genuinely supports you, more and more completely.
30 days to evaluate my approach. And if I don't keep my promise, I'll refund you.
If at any point I were to tell you to leave your child to cry or to force changes that don't respect their pace, I'll refund you: you have 30 days from the purchase date to evaluate my approach.

You don't have to be perfect. You just have to choose to begin.
Every family who's done this program started exactly where you are now: tired, a little lost, with some doubts. The program doesn't require you to be perfect — it only requires you to show up, with the will to do something, step by step. And you don't have to wait until you're at breaking point to begin.
The questions I'm asked most.
What if I don't understand something or get stuck?
Don't worry: the program includes support, so we can talk through your situation. Depending on the package you'll have 1 or 3 months of support included, plus a forum to post your questions and get personalized answers. If you feel the need to talk it through, you can also book a one-to-one mini-consultation of 20 minutes.
What if I don't have much time for the program?
I completely understand. That's why the program is designed to be followed in small steps: content split into modules, with clear explanations and practical videos you watch whenever you have a moment. Even small changes made consistently often bring big results. Follow it at your own pace: the goal isn't perfection, but real, sustainable progress.
What if I'm on my own, without my partner's support?
It's not essential that both parents work through the program: you'll find tools you can apply on your own too. If your partner does take part, there are strategies to cooperate and take turns during the toughest moments. And if you're on your own with 2+ children, there's a whole deep dive dedicated to exactly that.
What if I've already tried lots of things without results?
It happens more often than you'd think. Many families arrive here after books, online advice or other programs without the changes they hoped for. It doesn't mean you did everything wrong or that your child "can't sleep": often some pieces of the puzzle were missing, or they weren't adapted to your situation. In the program that's exactly what we work on.
Can I follow it just from my phone, or do I need a computer?
Yes, you can access it anywhere thanks to the dedicated mobile app: videos, worksheets, tools and material, all right on your phone — even while you're with your child or only have a few minutes.
What if my child has a very strong personality?
I hear this a lot. Every child has their own temperament: some more sensitive, some more determined, some needing more presence. The program doesn't start from the idea that all children are the same: it gives you tools to understand your child, the way they react and their needs. And that's where we start — even with "strong-willed" children.
Can I add support later on?
Yes, of course! Forum support can be activated at any time and for as long as you like: it works like a subscription — you decide when to start it and when to end it.
Do I have to stop breastfeeding to work on sleep?
Absolutely not. In the program you'll never find advice to stop breastfeeding, unless it's something you want. Many families I work with keep breastfeeding happily while working on sleep. Stopping breastfeeding is not a condition for improving sleep.
What if my child cries?
In the program you'll never find advice to leave them to cry. We work hard to prevent and avoid crying; in the difficult moments we work to stay present, support them and help them feel safe while something changes. The goal isn't to force the change, but to help them accept it calmly.
How long is the program active?
You'll have access to all the material for 6 months (the path usually wraps up within a month). All downloadable PDFs are yours to keep for life.
